This way, allowing the concentration of organization efforts, in their own activities.

For professional allocation and placement, RECURSUS ENGINEERING / TELEMIN owns a RH's department formed by a capable and specialized team to support the requests of the clients.

The professional is hired by RECURSUS ENGINEERING / TELEMIN and can work in the client's department under his supervision. The relationship with the professional under the administrative, labor, financial and juridical aspects is exclusive responsibility of RECURSUS ENGINEERING / TELEMIN.

In the Placement modality, RECURSUS ENGINEERING / TELEMIN can work as intermediary in the professional's selection ("Head Hunter"), that can become a client's employee.
