Data base managing solutions DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM It is a system
that enables to manage, share, divulge and update the documents of a project
or department (plans, record, designs, chronograms, budgets) since their
viability initial stages until the definitive permission for execution. Date Center Recursus
Enginnering owns a Data Center able to store the engineering processes
information and current technical documentations. The advantages of this
product are several as the physical space and staff reduction to make
the necessary control (the technical support is supplied by Recursus Enginnering),
technical information centralization, controls organization and update,
between another advantages. We create a specific software for each project and interface with other systems used by the client to enable the database integration of several areas involved in the project. Documentation control and Update The system consists in the creation and automatic maintenance of a Library from Documents in a database structure, using the communication and safety modern techniques and protection for WEB, through "Firewalls" controlling access and barring invasions, defined by the project general manager. Documentation virtual library This way, documents are sent by the respective designers to the Document Center. Automatically, professionals and managers involved in the process can be informed on time real or at any time they wish, of the current status of each document with respective alterations, modifications and pendences in a control on-line report. |
