By the present note, “RECURSUS ENGINEERING, MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING S/C LTDA.”, legal private entity, registered in CNPJ/MF with the number 00.179.280/0001-47, represented by the directors partners Paulo Minoru Matsutani and André Minoru Matsutani, in perfect consonance with the willing of the social contract, explain to their clients what follows:
THERE ARE TWO COMPANIES ACTING IN THE TELECOMMUNICATION BUSINESS WITH THE SAME PRE-NAME: “RECURSUS”.
The company “RECURSUS ENGINEERING, MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING S/C LTDA.”, since its foundation in 1994 (9 years ago) has been practicing its social activities to totally satisfy the needs of telecommunication business, working with management, consultancy, supply of qualified workmanship and elaboration of switching, transmission, data communication and infrastructure engineering designs.
THERE IS NOTHING IN COMMON with the company that is acting with the pre-name RECURSUS COMMERCIALIZATION, which owns the social reason “RECURSUS COMMERCIALIZATION AND SERVICES LTDA.”, founded in 1997 ( 6 years ) , registered in CNPJ/MF with the number 01.775.230/0001-95, with head office in the city and district of Jaguariúna located at Enéas Ribas Furtado Street, number 138.
The pre-name “RECURSUS” can still be used by both companies, being differentiated by “RECURSUS ENGINEERING” and “RECURSUS COMMERCIALIZATION”. But, the companies must not be taken by each other or compared, firstly because of the constitution of the organization chart and, afterwards, because are different the goals and purposes.
Thus, we are using the present note to elucidate and to became public the observed administrative occurrences that aim the refinement of offered services and the consolidation of existent commercial relationship.
